About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and management of cosmetic products.
This role includes leading the product branding process, product and packaging design, managing graphic designers and external vendors, and ensuring full alignment between the product, target audience, and marketing strategy.

The candidate will be responsible for shaping the product concept, brand identity, and visual appearance, while demonstrating a deep understanding of marketing, advertising, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Management
Lead the development of cosmetic products from concept to launch.
Define product concepts aligned with the brand strategy.
Establish the product’s positioning, messaging, and value proposition for consumers.
Branding & Design
Lead the branding process for new products.
Develop a consistent visual language for the company’s product line.
Manage the design process for packaging, labels, and marketing materials.
Work closely with graphic designers, studios, and design vendors.
Creative Team Management
Manage and guide graphic designers and creative professionals.
Write clear creative briefs for the design team.
Ensure high-quality design outputs and brand consistency.
Marketing & Consumer Insight
Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, cosmetics market trends, and consumer behavior.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams.
Build strong brand storytelling and marketing messages for products.
Project Management
Manage the product development process with suppliers and internal teams.
Coordinate between departments (marketing, sales, design, and production).
Ensure projects meet timelines and launch targets.

Requirements

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Management or Brand Management (cosmetics industry preferred).
Experience with MakeUGC or user-generated content strategies.
Experience working with graphic designers and creative teams.
Strong understanding of branding, packaging design, and visual identity.
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and brand strategy.
Proven ability to manage projects from concept to launch.
Creative thinking combined with strategic mindset.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience in writing marketing texts and product copy, including product descriptions, marketing messages, and brand storytelling.
