Foundera is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Account Manager / Project Manager to support the execution and management of content initiatives across our portfolio of clients. This role will work closely with internal creative teams and serve as a key point of coordination to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate has strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of social media content and digital publishing, particularly within LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, dealiverables, and content workflows across multiple client accounts

  • Coordinate with internal teams including writers, video production, creative strategists, and editors to ensure timely execution of content initiatives

  • Track and organize creative assets, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables across accounts

  • Serve as a point of contact for select client communications, including delivering assets, gathering feedback, and maintaining alignment on project status

  • Monitor content performance metrics and assist in preparing analytics reports and performance updates

  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency throughout the content production process

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, account management, content operations, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing workflows, with specific familiarity with LinkedIn content

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • High attention to detail and ability to proactively manage priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a content, marketing, or creative agency environment

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar platforms

  • Experience tracking content analytics and preparing client-facing reports

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoys overseeing the operational side of creative and content execution.
