We are looking for a highly skilled Claude AI Engineer & Automation Specialist to join our team.
The primary focus of this role is building AI-powered business solutions using Claude, creating intelligent workflows, developing AI agents, and delivering complete end-to-end systems that solve real business problems.
The ideal candidate has a strong Full-Stack Development background, understands software architecture, and knows how to leverage AI tools to build production-ready solutions quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build AI-powered business solutions using Claude.
Develop AI agents and multi-step AI workflows.
Create advanced prompt engineering frameworks and agent orchestration systems.
Build complete applications and internal tools powered by Claude and LLM technologies.
Develop end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering through deployment.
Integrate AI systems with CRMs, ERPs, E-Commerce platforms, and third-party services.
Build automations using n8n when required.
Develop APIs, backend services, and custom integrations.
Work with PostgreSQL databases and business data pipelines.
Analyze business processes and transform them into AI-driven solutions.
Optimize AI workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
Expert-level experience working with Claude.
Proven experience building real-world projects using Claude and other LLMs.
Strong Prompt Engineering skills.
Experience building AI Agents and autonomous workflows.
Strong Full-Stack Development background.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience with n8n or similar automation platforms.
Ability to independently design, develop, and deploy complete solutions.
Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
Good English communication skills.
